Benchmark Bootcamp in Bessemer, Alabama
In a nutshell, Benchmark Bootcamp workouts include periods of intense work followed by brief periods of rest. The intensity is determined by YOU and your fitness level. That way you get a workout that is specifically tailored to your needs.
In a typical class, you might do body-weight movements such as air squats, sit-ups, burpees, lunges, and mountain climbers. We also throw kettlebell and dumbbell movements (among other things) into the mix to help build strength and cardiovascular fitness.
The most important thing is that our Bootcamp classes are FUN and will increase your drive to get to the gym each day so that you can get in your workout and improve your health and fitness.
